Query Parameters
AS_OF_DATE - is the internal name for one of the provider search screen parameters.
GET_DETAILS_FLAG - if false then possibly you get a subset of the data.
GET_HISTORY_FLAG/GET_CORRECTION_FLAG/GET_MINE - what you get when you push the buttons. Is this assumed to be false if not present.
SORT_OPTION - name & identifier - ID type must be present if ID is used coz PRS needs to konw which type to sort by.
RESPONSE_DATA_OBJECTS - names of XML tags in msg. IN a list separated by commas.
