deferred queue processor
Must check that events are processed in order.
IDPD, Batch Files, Deferred Reports - single listener.
Make sure old events (expired) are ABANDONED status, and don't get picked up.
If you set deferred queue expiry to 1 day, in DB2 1 day isn't 24hrs, just previous calendar day.
Queue two events at 11am and then push one back to 10am previous day and one 12 noon. 12 noon should not be abandoned. With DB2, any event on previous day will be regarded as expired.
