PRS config file
The config file has three sections: COMMON, SERVER, and CLIENT. COMMON and CLIENT are used on the client, and COMMON and SERVER are used on the server.
You could have two files - one on the client and one on the server, or you could have a single file. If you have two files, the unused section of the config file should be deleted.
