TD 871 RAID 3029 - Can't update the Creator of a Provider
This one is diagnosed, and the contradiction between Susan and Kathy resolved. You CAN update the Creator of a Provider, as long as the RU Org ID you are assigning is that of a Primary Source. This isn't quite right, it should also be possible to assign the RU Org ID of an RA. I've updated and reopened the RAID, BUT IT'S NOW MINOR/LOW (since it actually works).
