Suppressing provider records
One question when suppressing provider records in the response message.
The requirement states "If a query response row will contain nothing but
Registry Identifiers (or less), then it should not be returned by the
server, nor should it be counted in the "row limit" for queries." This
will occur when the user does not have permission to view any data
objects for this type of provider. However, Subroles are not checked
for permission and will always appear in the message if the provider has
one or more. Should subroles be added to the above condition?
Answer is YES.
