Registry User Types

Hi Andrew,
If an organization (with one Org ID) has multiple Registry Users (with multiple RU Types -- I'm going to stop calling them roles because it's misleading), then an XML message sent by that organization doesn't know which RUs it's coming from. There's nowhere in the message to tell the PRS Server which RU (of up to four) sent the message.
Thus, in general, during MaintainProvider processing, you don't actually know which Registry User is doing the work. Only which Organization. Therefore, there can only be one Default Data Set per organization.
Default Data Set is currently not mandatory, and it's currently maintained in the Organization node of the Registry User Details screen (I think).
