PRS

I don't have a problem with searching not working exactly as we had said,
i.e. that if a Provider Role Type is supplied on a <100% confidence search
that PRS will first match on PRT and then on the other search criteria. The
primary requirement is to be able to search across PRT's which can be done
by not supplying one.

Pat or Andrew, will you please update the R&D notes in Test Director? And
pass along details of the rule to Leon for the Business Design document?

Quick question - will query G still run as it did in 2.05 if PRT is
supplied? It's the one where PRS is supposed to match on records <> the
supplied PRT.
