Missing RU Group Memberships NEW linK
We are still struggling with missing permissions in the default code set. One of the issues is the missing "NEW" link on Registry User RU Group Memberships.
If you see this one missing, it's because the logged on user must be an RA or a SUPERRA to see this link. The only ones you have, I believe, in your current codeset, are RA and SRA. If you log on as either of these, you should see this link.
